Anger Management Group
We currently run a group for men who have identified that displays of anger are causing difficulty in their lives. The primary purpose is to help the participants recognise some of the sources of anger reactions and the triggers that release them and to offer new skills in management of the emotion and thereby improving relationships with others.
The facilitator, an experienced psychotherapist, will draw on established CBT (‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapy’) ideas for behaviour modification while also attending to personal and group process.
Venue & Time
The group will take place at EACS, 1A Montpelier Avenue, Ealing. Times will be decided close to each course and according to availabilities. If significant numbers of men are unavailable during office hours it is anticipated that an evening group will take place.
We currently receive funding from the PCT and London Borough of Ealing and are therefore able to offer the groups for FREE to participants.
